The gold recipe that carries the whole army, on the unit most collections open with. Three steps to table-ready and a fourth if you want them to shine.

Sigmarite armour

Basecoat the gold Basecoat — Retributor Armour over black. Metallics cover better than they look — two thin coats is enough.
Shade the plates All-over shade — Agrax Earthshade over everything gold. This is what turns a flat yellow metal into armour.
Layer and edge the gold Edge highlight — Liberator Gold across the raised plates, then Stormhost Silver on the sharpest edges only.

Shade the recesses Recess shade
