Ground the blade Basecoat — Incubi Darkness along the whole blade — darker than the body so the glow has somewhere to come from.
Bring the edge up Layer — Sotek Green then Temple Guard Blue, each a narrower band along the cutting edge.
White-hot line Detail — A fine White Scar line on the very edge, then Tesseract Glow to bleed it back into the blade.
